Blair-Taylor lost to Pepin/Alma back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Wildcats blew past the Eagles 3-0.

Blair-Taylor walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-16, 25-19.

Chloe Medenblik paced Blair-Taylor's offense, picking up 14 kills. Medenblik got some help from Elissa Smetana and her 13 assists. Alyssa Tubbs controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Blair-Taylor has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for Pepin/Alma, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-11 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Blair-Taylor will face off against rival Alma Center Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pepin/Alma is set to square off against their familiar foe Osseo-Fairchild at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
