Oneonta is a perfect 6-0 against Etowah since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Oneonta Redskins will square off against the Etowah Blue Devils at 5:00 p.m. Etowah took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Oneonta, who comes in off a win.

Oneonta made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Susan Moore, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Oneonta's defense stepped up to hand Susan Moore a 9-0 shutout on Friday. The game was the first time the Redskins have beaten the Bulldogs on their pitch since April 20, 2018.

Meanwhile, Etowah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against New Hope, falling 9-0. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly nine goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Oneonta and bumps their season record up to 2-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those two games. As for Etowah, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Oneonta skirted past Etowah 1-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2022. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oneonta since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
