Lauderdale County extended the longest winning streak in 3A Region 8 this week by beating Elkmont, 57-14. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Deshler took down Clements 56-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Colts' Marcus McNaughton and Demarcus Johnson have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McNaughton has thrown for 707 yards this season, while Johnson has 10 catches for 270 yards. Demetrius Warren from West Morgan leads the league in rushing with 409 yards.
Lauderdale County led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on the Red Devils.
