Basketball Recap: Perry Central Finds Playoff Glory Versus Pike Central

It's playoff time, and Perry Central had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Pike Central Chargers by a score of 51-38 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-22 back in December of 2024.

Perry Central's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Pike Central, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 16 of their last 17 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-21 record this season.

Perry Central will square off against Tell City at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Perry Central is facing Tell City at the right time seeing as Tell City is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Pike Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
