Basketball Recap: Valley Catholic Victorious

Valley Catholic had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates by a score of 53-40 on Friday. The Valiants have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Valley Catholic's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Neah-Kah-Nie, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 3-3.

Valley Catholic and Banks will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Banks will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Valley Catholic surely won't give up without a fight. Neah-Kah-Nie will take on Vernonia in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
