After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Crossville, Sylvania was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Etowah Blue Devils as they made off with a 7-2 victory. The result was nothing new for Sylvania, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Sylvania has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those six contests. As for Etowah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Looking ahead, Sylvania will be playing in front of their home fans against Whitesburg Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Etowah, they are taking a road trip to take on Cherokee County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
