Volleyball Recap: Churubusco Eagles vs. East Noble Knights
Churubusco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Noble Knights. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Knights from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.
The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: East Noble scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Churubusco still got an impressive performance from Mckayla Reuter, who had three digs and three aces. Reuter is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.
