Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centerville). Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Wells Pirates an 18-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Bulldogs have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kolt Larsen made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high.
