Recap: Grace Christian Academy N/A vs. Clear Lake Cardinals
After flying high against the Rio Lindo Adventist Spartans back in December of 2023, the Grace Christian Academy N/A came back down to earth. Grace Christian Academy was the victim of a rough 85-59 loss at the hands of Clear Lake on Wednesday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did back in December of 2023 (57), Grace Christian Academy still had to take the loss.
Jake Soderquist continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Clear Lake, scoring 16 points along with nine assists and four steals. The contest was Soderquist's 11th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Hayes, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Grace Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Clear Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Christian Academy will take on Technology at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clear Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Middletown at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
