Soccer Recap: Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Takes a Loss

If Rocky Mountain Prep SMART was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Windsor Charter Academy last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ocelotls fell just short of the Riverdale Ridge Ravens by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Rocky Mountain Prep SMART were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Riverdale Ridge apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Rocky Mountain Prep SMART's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Riverdale Ridge, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Rocky Mountain Prep SMART will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Conifer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverdale Ridge, they will challenge Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on the 11th.
