Volleyball Recap: Mid-Pacific Institute Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Mid-Pacific Institute duked it out with Hawaii Baptist Academy on Thursday. The Mid-Pacific Institute Owls came up short against the Hawaii Baptist Academy Eagles, falling 3-0. The Owls' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

Mid-Pacific Institute's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Hawaii Baptist Academy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-3.

Coming up, Mid-Pacific Institute will face off against St. Louis at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mid-Pacific Institute is facing St. Louis at the right time seeing as St. Louis is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hawaii Baptist Academy, they will square off against 'Iolani at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
