Allatoona is a perfect 4-0 against North Paulding since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Buccaneers will be home for the holidays to greet the Wolfpack at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Tuesday, the stars were shining brightly for Allatoona in a 57-38 victory over Woodland. The Buccaneers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, North Paulding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost to East Paulding on the road by a 78-64 margin. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 335th, while the Raiders are ranked 127th).

North Paulding's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Allatoona, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

Allatoona strolled past North Paulding when the teams last played back in January by a score of 54-36. Will the Buccaneers repeat their success, or do the Wolfpack have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
