Cypress Springs saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mathew Calvo, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Calvo has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Cypress Springs' loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Waller, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-16-1.

While Cypress Springs had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
