Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Connersville's loss came despite strong showings from Lola Wells and Kendyl Bottomley. Wells had ten digs and two aces, while Bottomley had 13 kills and two blocks. Bottomley is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had eight or more in each of the last 15 games she's played.
