After low-scoring totals in their previous four contest, Keefe Tech brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They put the hurt on the Trivium Eagles with a sharp 7-2 win on Friday. Considering Keefe Tech have won five matches by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

With the victory, Keefe Tech broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 7-9. As for Trivium, they dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Keefe Tech will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Francis Parker Charter Essential School at 4:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Trivium, they will venture away from home to challenge St. Bernard's Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
