The Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 62-30 win over Tempe Prep at home. The win was nothing new for Rancho Solano Prep as they're now sitting on three straight.
Sagith Vargas continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with eight steals and five rebounds. The match was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Jake Miller was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds.
Rancho Solano Prep's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Tempe Prep, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-5.
Rancho Solano Prep will challenge Madison Highland Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Madison Highland Prep focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Wednesday. Tempe Prep will be home for the holidays to greet NFL Yet Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
