It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South Choctaw Academy can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights on Tuesday. The Rebels' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

South Choctaw Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-16.

M F paced South Choctaw Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. F really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with two. Finally, A A kept South Choctaw Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

South Choctaw Academy's loss dropped their record down to 26-10-1. As for Macon-East Montgomery Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
