Basketball Recap: Coyle Victorious

Coyle won the last time they faced Blackwell and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bluejackets came out on top against the Maroons by a score of 78-71.

Coyle's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Blackwell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Coyle will challenge Mulhall-Orlando at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bluejackets will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 55 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Blackwell, they will face off against Newkirk at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
