Higley waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Westwood Warriors.

Higley had a senior duo take command as Britton Skousen had 16 digs and one assist and Brayden Farnsworth had nine assists and five digs. Skousen has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last seven times he's played.

Higley's victory bumped their record up to 25-5-2. As for Westwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season.

Higley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Red Mountain on the 19th.
