Wilson added to the longest winning streak in Lancaster-Lebanon 1 this week by beating Penn Manor, 21-14. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Bulldogs.
Manheim Township took down J.P. McCaskey 41-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Cartier Morton ran for 176 yards in the win.
Miller Trey provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Lancaster Catholic topped Cedar Crest. Trey's key target this week was Mateo Rafeel, who caught 2 passes for 83 yards.
Trey was a beast in the backfield as the Crusaders beat the Falcons.
Matt Timochenko put up the best numbers in passing as Wilson bested the Comets. He finished with 14 completions for 182 yards and 1 touchdown. Timochenko's favorite target this week was Bryce Pych, who caught 6 passes for 99 yards.
6-foot-3 quarterback Timochenko of Doug Dahms' team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,302. He has also thrown 14 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Tyrell Wickersham. The Hempfield star has 27 catches for 530 yards.
Devin Washington of the Hempfield is just 24 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 183 carries Washington has put up 976 yards this year.
The Black Knights are in third place, while the Blue Streaks are in fourth place.
