 Puyallup can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Saturday. They blew past the Sumner Spartans 9-3. The  win was familiar territory for Puyallup who now have six in a row.
  Michael LeJeune tossed a big game,   pitching five innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   six  hits.
 At the plate, Puyallup saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Maxwell Hemenway, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Keenan Master, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Puyallup has  been performing  well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 13 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record  this season. As for Sumner, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 8-9.
 Puyallup will head out on the road to  square off against  Rogers at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Rogers is on a four-game streak of home wins, Puyallup a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field. Sumner will take on Bethel at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Sumner is facing Bethel at the right time seeing as Bethel is stuck on  a  nine-game losing streak.
