Paris waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Hughes Springs Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

Paris not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Hughes Springs to exactly 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16.

Paris' victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Hughes Springs, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Paris wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Cumby on the 15th. As for Hughes Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Edgewood on the 15th.
