Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lennard to victory, but perhaps none more so than Richard Sykes, who went 7 for 15 en route to 17 points plus eight rebounds and seven steals. Sykes is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed four or more in the last three games he's played. Devin Freeman was another key player, going 8 for 12 en route to 17 points plus seven assists and six steals.
Brandon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lennard, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Brandon has already played their next matchup (against Lennard), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lennard, they will square off against Strawberry Crest at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Strawberry Crest knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Lennard likes a good challenge.
