It was a good run, but Three Rivers unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 10-3 to the Constantine Falcons. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 11-4.

Peyton Hradsky was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Williams, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Three Rivers' defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Constantine, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Three Rivers will take on Niles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Constantine, they will square off against Schoolcraft at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
