Softball Recap: Stall Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Stall's offense. They came up short against the West Ashley Wildcats on Monday, falling 19-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Stall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for West Ashley, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Stall will take on rival Summerville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, West Ashley is set to challenge their familiar foe Fort Dorchester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wildcats 2.6, the Patriots 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
