Friday just wasn't the day for Avenal's offense. They were dealt a 50-0 defeat at the hands of the Dos Palos Broncos on Friday. The Buccaneers have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Avenal's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dos Palos, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-3.
