Chattooga dropped down to 31-12 on Monday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Gordon Lee Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

Haley Maddux paced Chattooga's offense, picking up 22 kills. Maddux got some help from Madilyn Wheat and her 21 assists. Finally, Daysa Martin kept Chattooga's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

As for Gordon Lee, they pushed their record up to 33-10 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. They not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 26, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Gordon Lee found their leader in sophomore McKinley Richie, who had five digs and four aces.

Chattooga does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gordon Lee, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Armuchee on the 7th.
