Fossil Ridge waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Rocky Mountain Lobos 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the SaberCats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fossil Ridge walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-21.

Olivia Ewing paced Fossil Ridge's offense, picking up eight kills. Ewing got some help from Sarah Reinhart and her 29 assists. Shanin Pottle controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Fossil Ridge's record is now 4-0. As for Rocky Mountain, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fossil Ridge is set to square off against their familiar foe Loveland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain will take on rival Windsor at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
