Football Game Preview: Draughn Wildcats vs. East Rutherford Cavaliers + How To Watch

The Draughn Wildcats will head out on the road to challenge the East Rutherford Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Draughn has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with seven straight defeats, while East Rutherford will come in with four straight victories.

It was a proper cat-fight when Draughn faced off against Patton on Friday. The Wildcats were outmatched by the Panthers and fell 31-0.

Meanwhile, while East Rutherford put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for West Caldwell. The Cavaliers blew past the Warriors, posting a 30-0 win. The Cavaliers' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

East Rutherford's win came from a few key players Draughn will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Landon Flynn, who threw for 157 yards and three TDs while completing 80% of his passes. Brandon Pinkerton helped Flynn out on the ground, rushing for 114 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries.

Draughn's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for East Rutherford, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
