Frankford is 7-2 against Northeast since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Frankford Pioneers will venture away from home to square off against the Northeast Vikings at 4:30 p.m. Frankford will be strutting in after a win while Northeast will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Frankford got the win against Academy at Palumbo by a conclusive 47-24.

Meanwhile, Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 53-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Paul Robeson. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Frankford, their victory bumped their record up to 6-13.

Things could have been worse for Frankford, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 63-49 loss to Northeast in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Frankford avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
