Hatboro-Horsham proved they can win big  last Friday (they won by six) and  on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  squad sidled past the Plymouth Whitemarsh Colonials  4-2. The game was the first time the Hatters have beaten the Colonials on their field since April 6, 2022.
  Chase Canney was  excellent,  going 1-for-3 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and one  run. That  triple marked the first that  he  hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Dominic Rapino, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
The  win  got Hatboro-Horsham back to even at 3-3. As for Plymouth Whitemarsh, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
Hatboro-Horsham will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Colonials: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:45  p.m.  on Wednesday.
