Richmond won the last time they faced Anderson and things went their way on Saturday too. The Red Devils came out on top against the Indians by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Richmond took both sets by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-11.

Their offense was headlined by Jazell James and Addison Belanga, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Aubrey Scalf and her 22 assists. Nia Jones and Myanna Moore kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Richmond's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Anderson, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-16.

Richmond wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Marion on the 11th. As for Anderson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Kokomo on the 11th.
