Basketball Recap: Deshler Extends Winning Streak to Six

Deshler had won five straight games and Reece Davis did her part to make it six on Monday. The Deshler Tigers blew past the Sheffield Bulldogs 70-26 thanks in part to Davis, who went 8 of 17 on her way to 26 points. Her evening made it nine games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Deshler is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.8 points. As for Sheffield, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Deshler has already played their next contest, an 88-30 victory against Hatton on the 2nd. As for Sheffield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 47-44 win against Central on the 2nd.
