Volleyball Recap: Kellogg Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Kellogg couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 3-1 to the Nampa Christian Trojans on Friday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

When it comes to explaining why Kellogg lost, don't look at Jordyn Stutzke. Despite the final result, she had 14 digs and one assist. Stutzke has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Kellogg's defeat dropped their record down to 21-3. As for Nampa Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-11 record this season.

Kellogg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Nampa Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Malad on the 1st.
