Lago Vista lost to Travis back in December of 2016, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Lago Vista Vikings blew past the Travis Rebels 62-36. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Porter Herrod, who went 7 for 10 on his way to 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Sisemore, who went 5 of 10 en route to 11 points along with six rebounds and four blocks.

Lago Vista smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in five consecutive matches.

Lago Vista pushed their record up to 20-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points per game. As for Travis, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Lago Vista will be playing in front of their home fans against Manor New Tech at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lago Vista is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.9 points per game this season. As for Travis, they will venture away from home to take on Austin Achieve at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
