Volleyball Recap: Heartland Christian Falls to Jefferson in First Game of Season

Heartland Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Jefferson Yellowjackets on Tuesday. Heartland Christian has struggled against Jefferson recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heartland Christian will face off against Whiting on Tuesday. As for Jefferson, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Sioux City West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Yellowjackets their first taste of in-conference action this season.
