You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Eastern Randolph on Tuesday. They strolled past the Trinity Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 53-39. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in January, they had to take a 34-28 defeat.

When it comes to explaining why Trinity lost, don't look at Madison Hill. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine steals. Trinity is 2-1 when Hill posts five or more steals, but 6-14 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Mya Hooker, who posted eight points and six boards.

Eastern Randolph's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 6-15. As for Trinity, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-15.
