Volleyball Game Preview: Pisgah Dragons vs. Our Lady Academy Crescents

The Pisgah Dragons will take on the Our Lady Academy Crescents on Thursday. Pisgah is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Pisgah is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top against West Marion by a score of 3-1.

Pisgah had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 25-16, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Our Lady Academy got the win against St. Andrew's Episcopal on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The Crescents haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Our Lady Academy took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-12, 25-13.

Pisgah's win bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Our Lady Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 38-4.
