Wilcox Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Lowndes Academy Rebels on Monday.

Wilcox Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-13, 25-16.

Wilcox Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Escambia Academy on the 19th. As for Lowndes Academy, they will face off against Evangel Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
