Football Game Recap: Rogue River vs. Myrtle Point

Myrtle Point had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-41 to Rogue River. If Myrtle Point were hoping to take revenge for the 14-20 loss against Rogue River the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Myrtle Point off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Rogue River a 1-0 record.

Next week, Myrtle Point take on Elkton at 4:00 PM. Rogue River are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Culver next week at 7:00 PM.
