Volleyball Recap: Viewpoint Comes Up Short

Viewpoint was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Brentwood School Eagles, falling 3-0. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Viewpoint was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16, 25-22.

Viewpoint's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Brentwood School, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12.

Coming up, Viewpoint will face off against Crossroads at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brentwood School, they will welcome Paraclete at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
