West Valley had already won 16 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it 17 on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Wenatchee Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

West Valley pushed their record up to 18-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.1 runs over those games. As for Wenatchee, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-5.
