Basketball Recap: Polytechnic Skates Past Franklin with Ease

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Friday. Polytechnic claimed a resounding 68-35 win over Franklin. Polytechnic has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 33 points or more this season.

Polytechnic is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Looking ahead, Polytechnic is headed away from home for the first time to face off against South Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin, they will square off against Perris at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
