Chester faced West Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Flyers put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Flyers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Chester walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-15, 25-16.

Their offense was headlined by Jacy Wolf and Lily Van Hal, who picked up ten kills apiece. Van Hal really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 11. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Chester's record is now 23-1. As for West Central, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 14-6 record.

Looking ahead, Chester will face off against Madison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Central, they will challenge Mt. Vernon/Plankinton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
