Gate City's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sophie Webb, who had ten digs and two aces, and Emma Rhoton, who had 15 digs. The dominant performance gave Webb a new career-high in aces.
Lee dropped their record down to 0-8 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Gate City, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
