After a string of three wins, Coldspring-Oakhurst's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 41-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Fighting Owls earlier this season, when they won 46-36.

Coldspring-Oakhurst's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Anderson-Shiro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-12 record this season.

Coldspring-Oakhurst has already played their next game, a 50-45 win against New Waverly on the 31st. As for Anderson-Shiro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 31-30 victory against Trinity on the 31st.
