Baseball Recap: Colfax Comes Up Short

Colfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 13-3 to the Boyceville Bulldogs. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 13-3 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Colfax's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Boyceville, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Colfax is set to challenge their familiar foe Spring Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Boyceville will face off against rival Glenwood City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
