Soccer Recap: Cumberland Gap Falls to Volunteer in First Game of Season

Cumberland Gap had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Volunteer Falcons, falling 9-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Falcons from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Cumberland Gap wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 9-0 defeat against Lakeway Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Volunteer, they have also already played their next game, a 9-2 victory against Grainger on the 10th.
