The Paradise Bobcats will head out to take on the Hamilton Braves at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Paradise is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.5 runs per game this season.

Hamilton will be up against a hot Paradise squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went Paradise's way against Fall River on Friday as Paradise made off with a 10-2 win.

Gideon Craft was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. Craft was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Max Luna was excellent, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-2. Jack Kegg also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Paradise kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Hamilton was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They lost 15-0 to Foothill. The Braves haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Paradise's record is now 3-1. As for Hamilton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Paradise's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's contest. Paradise has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 6.2 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Hamilton, though, as they've been averaging only 1.2 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Paradise continue to outrun the ball?

Everything went Paradise's way against Hamilton when the teams last played back in March of 2019, as Paradise made off with a 15-4 victory. Does Paradise have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hamilton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
