Softball Recap: Eastern Hancock Drops Season-High Score on Shelbyville

Eastern Hancock's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They won by a run and slipped past the Shelbyville Golden Bears 9-8. The Royals' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Eastern Hancock got a massive performance out of Chyan Evans, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave Evans a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nieko Engleking, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base.
